$400,000 Sex Harassment Settlement

Attorney James Sabatini successfully secured a $400,000.00 settlement in a sexual harassment lawsuit.  The discovery in the case revealed a toxic workplace where sex harassment was commonplace.  The human resources department was under staffed, inexperienced and subservient to management. As a result, human resources did not nothing to end the workplace harassment.   The lawsuit resulted in the employer taking various actions to change its workplace environment and to prevent future harassment from occurring.
