$5,000,000.00 Judgment – The law firm, led by Attorney Vincent Sabatini, obtained a five million dollar judgment in a breach of contract case.  Our client entered into a contract with Colt’s Manufacturing.  The contact called for the payment of commissions to our client.  The company failed to pay the commissions owed under the terms of the contract.  Pursuant to the terms of the contract, the legal claim was arbitrated before a panel of three arbitrators. We prevailed in arbitration. The arbitration panel awarded our client five (5) million dollars. The award was subsequently confirmed by the Hartford Superior Court. 

$750,000.00 Settlement - Attorney Vincent Sabatini, founding member of Sabatini and Associates, LLC, obtained an arbitration award in the amount of $380,000.00. Our client was involved in a business and employment dispute where she was wrongfully terminated from a job at a company where she was also a minority shareholder. Following the arbitration award, the case settled in the amount of $750,000.00.  Sabatini and Associates, LLC was not the original law firm in this case. Prior to the law firm’s involvement, the defendant’s settlement offer was zero.

$120,000.00 Settlement – Attorney James Sabatini reached a settlement for a client in a FMLA violation and disability discrimination case.  The client was wrongfully terminated in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Legal claims were filed on behalf of the client.  The client was able to find a new job within three months of her wrongful termination.  The case settled approximately eight months after it was filed.

Confidential Settlement – Attorney James Sabatini received a confidential settlement for a client who was wrongfully terminated in violation of the FMLA.  The case was settled after Attorney Sabatini filed his Objection to the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.

Confidential Settlement – The firm represented a client who was wrongfully terminated on the basis of a disability.  Attorney James Sabatini filed a complaint on behalf of the client with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO).  Following months of negotiations, the case was settled against the Fortune 500 employer.  The settlement included compensation and job reinstatement.
